Can't summon retainer in certain market ward after some step

Hi,
Today I found strange bug.
I had been putting my retainer in jewelry row for very long time.
But today, I decided to move it a bit because someone call their retainer and block mine.

So I do like this
1) I dismissed retainer
2) I called my retainer, he pop up but not the location i want
3) I re-called my retainer and select that I need it to move to this row ( select yes for choice )
4) Game freeze, no retainer was call, can't move, chat log not response to any /command. I have to force quit by pressing alt+F4

I tried to call my problem retainer somewhere else like in Adv. guild or other row and it can call without problem. Then I comeback to jewelry row and try to call it again but it still freeze and I have to alt+F4 to quit the game again... No matter how many times I tried.

I'm sure it's nothing to do with retainer limit but I'm not sure what really happen.

Steps:
1) I dismissed retainer

This happened to me a few times. I have no idea why. I resorted to summoning retainer from the retainer bell at the adv guild and it worked. Haven't had a problem since then, but it is a recurring issue from time to time. A very annoying one at that.

Confirmed, yesterday i had the same problem. Except I called my retainer into the same ward where she already stood and didn't dismiss her before like Petdo did.
But after calling her again into the same ward she didn't appear and i was unable to move or open any menues.
Had to relog to be able to do anything again.
