This took a weird turn a couple of pages in. Between the passive aggressive emojis and the very specific focus on other people controlling one's characters being the inherent problem, I get the feeling that A LOT of the complaints are specifically projection about control issues. Really makes you think.

It takes a very specific mindset to be uniquely bothered that someone else took control of your virtual avatar for a second or two and that being the main complaint with the skill above all else.

I was under the impression rescue was simply the tanks leash, at the very that is how my friends use it.

I always find it funny when someone call others children as if you are somehow above acting childish. More so when it is about playing a video game...

Trolls find joy on the negative reaction of others just like bullies do and the victim never enjoys it. Those that defend such behavior are just as bad. I won't be surprised if you saw someone getting bullied and just look the other way as it is none of your business. But I do know how to use it. I cast in on a party member and move them where I want them. What determines the correct way to use the ability depends on where I want them. If I'm in a bad mood I may not want them to go where they want to go.

If Rescue is removed all you did is remove a valuable utility tool for experienced healers, trolls dont need Rescue to get you killed, they can just not heal you or drop mechanics on you.
