combo action highlighting

In the morning when the sun shines in my side of the house its a little difficult to see the highlighting around the combo action thats lit up. Is there any way to brighten or enhance that visibility? Im talking about the moving yellow dashed line that moves around the outside of the hotkey.

It depends on the skill itself too, and the color of its icon. With some skills --ones that have a good color contrast to yellow-- I can see the highlight fine. With others it's barely perceptible, and all too frequently missed in the midst of combat. Maybe if all skill icons had a black border around them, and the yellow highlight went on that it would help make it clearer.
