Expanding "Report RMT Activity" to include shadow bans

Would it be possible if someone received more than one of these reports sent about them that they could be automatically shadow banned from speaking?

This would have no potential for abuse at all.

Personally, I would be satisfied if reporting RMT activity automatically shadow banned them from just my chat window. There are too many clicks and mouse movements in reporting for RMT as is without having to go through the additional steps of blacklisting. While it wouldn't have the same deterrent effect that the OP was talking about, it would make the game more pleasant without the potential for abuse.

I'm not quite sold on the potential for abuse though. Would you be willing to risk having yourself banned from the game just for the "pleasure" of temporarily banning someone else from chat? I don't think I would.
