Expanding "Report RMT Activity" to include shadow bans

I just would like for the Report RMT activity to automatically hit my blacklist. that would make things easier on me.

those names though are quickly abandoned. then you're faced with having to clean out a pointless blacklist ONE NAME AT A TIME. lol
