I agree with you. I've always liked pink.

I've scanned through the thread and it seem like some people are getting stuck on the concept that I think that males expressing their "masculinity" is important.

This is not the case at all

Sure, I am married IRL and have a child but my wife would probably tell you the same thing I tell you now; if you want to use gender roles then I am the "feminine" part in our relationship and she's the masculine.
Just like everyone how masculine or feminine we are change depending on the situation and you as a person.

The men that are so worried and feel like they constantly have to reinforce that they are "men" are people that are insecure about themselves. If I were a female instead I would never be able to live with a man that has to be "a man" 24/7 to stroke their own ego.

I am a man IRL but that doesn't define who I am as a person. My personality does and that has nothing to do with how I look down there.

You lot misunderstand what I am saying. I'm not saying femininity is bad, if it was bad straight men would not be drawn to it, I'm saying that dancer lacks variety "IMO".

When everything is soft and graceful all the time I start to question if we really are performing a war dance or if we are simply just dancing at a stage. It looks nice and flashy but it lacks weight at times.

Put some capoiera moves in there, some spinning fast kicks, some somersaults and some fast almost punch like arm movements with the chakras. Mix it up.

    - And I disagree. Ballet have a LOT of powerful moves. Because ballet is not slow all the time.

Some ballet moves that are sometimes very powerful:

    - Grande Jeté

    - Tour en l'air

    - Pirouette

And yes I also took some although basic ballet and salsa when I was young because I had problem with the toprock part of breakdancing since I was so stiff in my hips.
