I understand. Shadowbringers has been my favorite expansion to date and it took me a long time to finish it because I've been having a hard time in real life and some days I just wasn't in the right mindset to do main quests. This doesn't mean that I hate the game, I'm a legacy player and I was quick to finish every other expansion but sometimes life happens.

My advice? Take it a bit slower. Don't devote every day to MSQ, some days it can be fun to log in just to do dungeons and not worry so much about questing. This makes the experience a lot more relaxing and also means you won't hit roadblocks as often. Could also level alt classes and pick up gatherers/crafters if that's something that interests you. I know that a lot of people want to rush to the endgame but depending on the sort of player that you are this might not be necessary.
