    5.1 new skill wishlist

    What's in the title, what skill would you like to see in 5.1! Possibly with the description.
    Obviously since pvp has some exclusive skills, feel free to be creative!

    For the AST,
    I would like gravity, 60s 2s cast
    Deals 20% of targets current hp and apply heavy for 3s. 6yalms radius.

    Time dilatation : 90s ability
    For 3s, all damage taken by the target turn into a DoT lasting 12s.

    AST already has both of those skills and they're honestly a bit OP compared to most of the kit on the other healers (The effective mitigation/healing Celestial Opposition provides to your party is almost as good as a healer LB).

    WHM is geared towards being the "offensive" healer in PvP so I feel like further reinforcing that by giving them back Holy spam would be good.

    I think having more AoE options on classes in general to discourage people from going around in a big murder ball would be good. Even if it doesn't kill anybody it builds LB gauge much faster then single-targeting does.

    I just want Wars nascent flash to be self targettable.

    And a rework of war in pvp as a whole actually.

    As it is, war 3 hit combo is useless in pvp because we never have a chance to use it. Stormspath is useless because we never have a chance to use it.

    Other tanks have debuffs on their combos, war has nothing since eye was removed.

    War is the only tank effectively with no self heal when apart from party members and i believe the only one without a healing or damage dealt debuff.

    Tomahawk needs to have its duration and range increased because it is useless for catching up to fleeing opponents.

    Holmgang immobolize is good. Its invuln property might as well not exist.

    But the biggest problem is actually with how useless the 3 hit combo is. Rage generation from infuriate and ic alone allows for constant fc. Rage generation and the uselessness of the 3 hit combo is so bad...

    Having no self heal but being a tank sucks.

    Having our only stun tied to onslaught gap closer sucks. Either separate them by giving brutal swing back or make onslaught 10 sec cd again.

    I want tanks in general to go back to being node defender. Back when PVP first started, I liked defending nodes by AoE ing everyone else trying to take a node. With the more braindead introduction of reduced PvP hotbars, I lost my like for PvP (as did many people).

    They really should take a look at PvP, how players do it then decide on a particular skill scheme made specifically to a part of the PvP objective.

    Tanks should be split to defenders (that easily protect nodes and choke points but do little else), kill makers (like War and homgang) and chargers (probably a new set of skills that significantly reduce damage while drawing all attacks).

    Healers need to be split with raw HP AoE healers and buffers (and not just piddly buffs but major long term buffs that prevent damage and status effects and/or add a lot more damage to DDs).

    Melee DD need more tools to chase, escape and run interference. Raw DD potential should be balanced with number of tools that do the above.

    Range DD need to be differentiated a bit more with different levels of damage and team buffs than they are now as well as different team buffs when they are close and on the battlefield (like say a perma pelotan or movement speed when in range of your bard or MCH leaving traps making it harder to take a point (small AoE constant damage).

    DDs in general could use a rehaul so that some DDs do objectives much easier while others are more adept at killing certain roles/classes?

    In any case, they’ve only worried about the damage portion of PvP while neglecting the defensive portion and the need to change roles depending on circumstances. Maybe start giving some sort of performance bonus for role changers? Like reduced respawn timers or slightly longer out the gate invincibility or reduced time to take nodes or destroy boxes? Or even just a straight out major buff if you die/respawn and change classes to one picked by some algorithm (probably determined by how your team is performing in relation to the others)

    Honestly, they should both get aetherflow and retain the aetherflow gain from Aura Burst because SCH has the weakest OGCD healing at the moment so being able to at least spam said heals would be helpful.
