I noticed this whenever I get lvl snyced to an ARR dungeon but I am missing a lot of skills compared to long ago in previous expansions probably due to the goal of eliminating bloat. After looking at skill page I noticed some jobs don't get full combos til very close to 50. Trial cap at 35 if I remember correctly so if you want to get a friend into the game he will probably be turned off due to lack of ogcds and waiting the long gcd pressing 1 2. Only way to get a decent view of the game would be buying the game and a job boost which is hard to sell to friends that are hesitant to try new games. The trial at it current state actually hurt enticing new players and friends plus if current trend continue it will just get worse each expansion. Do anyone else think skill spread need to be reworked and low level combat improved or is it just a waste of the limited dev resources?
