I've been a part of the FC for just under a year now and they keep up with daily/weekly events on the dot! they do extremes to help with mounts ((right up to SHB! both old and new content!)) and crafters/gathering! I've been here and I haven't seen much drama, everyone is really friendly!! you don't have to be afraid to ask for help because anyone and everyone is happy to lend a hand! I'd really recommend this guild if you're just starting out or if you're a older player that's wanting fresh faces! this is a FC for everyone!

Fantastic group! I'm so glad I joined, and that was a year ago this month! Friendly people, leaders always willing to help out and plan events for the member to participate in. Gatherers and crafters ready to pitch in. And they're always looking for ideas and willing to listen to member opinions. This is the first FC I joined when I started the game, and never left. No reason to! Discord is also full of friendly chat.

How active of players are you looking for? I'm only on 2-3 times a week for an hour or so each time. I'm getting to the end of 2.55 and I'm getting to the point where it would certainly be nice to have a larger sense of community when playing. I appreciate the fact that so many of the FC are in the thread talking about the group.

That's absolutely fine! There's no requirement to log in daily. Everyone has things going on in life. We'd be happy to help you progress when you're on.

Honestly...this sounds like it may be my kind of Free Company.

A bit about me. I've been playing for roughly 600 hours on and off since '14 and am currently in the Stormblood post-game patch quests. I recently made the decision to start looking to engage the player community rather than simply rolling solo and have marveled at how wonderful those initial experiences have been (connecting with people via PF and responding to shouts).

I absolutely adore this game and there is SO MUCH CONTENT I've never experienced (even from the base game e.g., EX trials, Crystal Tower, Bahamut, etc.) that I would love to learn, experience and overcome. Despite my willingness to learn and being teachable, I find myself concerned about holding up other players and causing wipes as I learn the ropes and get smacked around by mechanics and the like. And though I had great luck with groups this past weekend, I haven't made a decision yet on a Free Company (have looked at a few) and am indeed looking for a place to call my virtual "home".

Your call to action, as well as the stellar reviews above, gives me hope that the opportunity to experience all of XIV's content and connect to a great group of people is not lost.

I find myself concerned about holding up other players and causing wipes as I learn the ropes and get smacked around by mechanics and the like.

Our members are all good sports and don't mind some wipes, and are usually pretty good at explaining the less obvious mechanics, but also are cool with letting you learn as you go if that's your preference over having someone explain a fight ahead of time. No one should ever harass you or make you feel bad for learning and making mistakes. We all make mistakes, even our best players. Should anyone make you feel uncomfortable or give you trouble, we hope you would feel like you can come to the leadership to address it. We are happy to take action to make sure everyone is welcome and enjoys the company.

I'm in a free company currently but I'm looking for a new one that I can be more interactive with. I'd really like to join you all if that would be possible. I casually played FFFXIV for a while when it first came out and didn't play for a long time. I recently got back into it but am a little lost sometimes so any help people can provide would always be appreciated. I don't even know how to send a PM on here, thats how lost I can be
