Typo in Crystalline Mean Capstone Quest 'For Every Child a Star'

    Date Encountered: September 21st, 2019
NPC: Katliss, The Crystarium (11, 8)

After unlocking the quest, accept For Every Child a Star from Katliss. In the dialog which follows, Katliss says:
If compliments put you off, then why don't I trouble you with a request instead? An odd but inevitable one, given that it's been a century since we've have the privilege of a proper night sky.
This may be an old English quirk with which I am not familiar, but I believe this is intended to be 'had' instead.

Upon completing this quest, I noticed something else that was odd. This may not be an error, but I thought I should document it here anyway.

Complete all the steps of the quest, and interact with the final meeting point to watch the last cutscene associated with it.
In this cutscene, one of the child NPCs has no name at all. This causes their text box to be shown without any name above it, and the chat log to show their name as just ':'.
I have attached screenshots to show what I mean below.

The other NPCs in this scene have generic names, e.g. Tough-talking Boy, Imaginative Girl. I can't remember seeing a text box with nothing at all attached when a visible NPC is speaking, so I assume this is not intentional- though I could be wrong.
