Earthly Star, Collective Unconscious, and add back Time Dilation

I would love to see time dilation back or some sort to extend card buffs, but if the cards won't change then what's the point. I prefer variety over just a simple 5-10 second extend timer on like 5% damage for one player.

I agree with this. Buff extenders felt great on the old cards, but right now they'd feel as useless as the cards themselves.
