Earthly Star, Collective Unconscious, and add back Time Dilation

Collective Unconscious Regen is horrible at the moment for it being a 90 second cooldown. You'll get around 11k hp regen before it goes off also making you immobile for the shield effect which should be placeable just like a Scholar's placement shield/WHM's Asylum. Divination needs rework, 8/10 times you're not gonna waste time redrawing cards whenever it's during Sleeve draw or during casting malefic for that 1% difference for 3 different seals. Earthly star I believe is in a good spot for being on a 60 second cooldown with a good heal Potency. I would love to see time dilation back or some sort to extend card buffs, but if the cards won't change then what's the point. I prefer variety over just a simple 5-10 second extend timer on like 5% damage for one player.

I agree with this. Buff extenders felt great on the old cards, but right now they'd feel as useless as the cards themselves.
