More Tank NPCs in Trust

I know I might sound like I am nitpicking, but hear me out.

Since the instant tank queues are back on most servers, and dungeons are faster with players, there is little reason for people who are leveling a tank to use the Trust System( unless they are a completionist). I, for one, can only see myself running Trusts as a DPS, due to the fact that the DPS queues are horrible. Therefore I believe the role that would make the most use of the system is the DPS, which would make tank and healer trust NPCs more in need.

And then, there is the problem that it seems the Trust system encourages one to tank in Trusts( something I, as a current tank main, see as horribly inefficient, since I can get an insta queue and be done with it much faster). The only tank currently available in trusts is Thancred, when there are 2 healers and 3 DPS Trusts. The fact that Thancred doesn't use one of his combos unless another party member( a DPS) is present doesn't make it any more efficient, and leveling 71 Trusts along with 80 ones is not very efficient from the XP standpoint.

What do you think about it? Do you want more tank Trusts?

I would! I think trusts should default at max level and they should add more characters to the scions in general. They are currently losing more then they are gaining.

I leveled my tanks up via trusts personally, so I didn't have much of an issue with it. Tank anxiety.

Perhaps we will get more Scions added to Trusts in the future, but remember in terms of story of ShB the ones we have are stuck on the First so we don't have a big rooster to pull from. Give it a patch or two and we might just get that extra Trust tank, or even other jobs as well.

It would be interesting if the current Scions could switch between any previous jobs that they had, so Thancred could be Rogue or Y'shtola White Mage etc. After all if the Exarch can fill multiple roles....

I don't think you sound nitpicky at all to be honest. And I completely agree.

I personally level Tanks with squad and Trust do to Tank Anxiety™ (and not being able to keep up with faster-paced things do to physical health issues), but more Trust Tanks would definitely be nice. coughExarchcough
In general I'd like more Trust characters, but that's just a personal opinion. I like a lot of NPCs.

And yeah, the Tankcred rotation thing is a bit. Hmm.
From a lore standpoint, it's an amazing little detail they've added. But from a gameplay standpoint, it's a weird choice.
Personally I'm not bothered by it, but I can understand where people are coming from.
