Are these missions the same items for everyone thats at the same level? Wondering if I made 2 and put 1 on MB if someone else might buy it for turnin? Or is it just chance whether someone else might need the same item?

There is a list of GC turn ins, so yes. If you need an item for Culi at 52, chances are someone else with Culi 52 will also need that same item. I've bought stacks of gathering items for GC and listed the remainder back in volumes needed for GC turn and they always sell.

Largely the same. There is a small pool of items that can appear at each level, so there is a near certainity that someone else will also need the same item(s) as you need. If not that day, then perhaps the next.

They are not the same for everyone each day. The list you see each day will be different from what other people see for their turnins, but the possible items for turnins for each level range is only about a dozen different specific items. Like others said, someone out there will probably be looking for the same item you are for their turnins, if not right now, then some other day. They won't sell as hard and high as the very specific items people need for leves, but they won't be complete junk either.

I have done this as well. Gather 10 HQs, put all the NQs up in lots of 10.

On one character I just buy turnins. I know where to by anything an NPC sells and if the NQs of an item are not there or outragiously priced you can bet I buy 2 and scalp the second.
