I might have missread you, felt like you did not understand the GM decision for your warning.
GMs just apply the ToS, they are not judges, they just apply penalties according to their policy. They are also not allowed to disclose anything about what led them to this decision, and can just give you a vague reason.
I don't really understand what kind of numbers you want. In that case I'd say more than 99% of warnings and bans issued are due to ToS break and that's pretty much the end of it.

It just works for a statistics assignment I'm currently doing, and plan to tie into an English assignment as well, I'm not creative at all, so all this happened at a time that actually gave me something to base it off of. (At the rate this is going I'm contemplating tying in post of people misunderstanding too. xD )
