Hi,

I have recently downloaded the trial version at home and started playing it, everything was fine until I tried logging in from a internet cafe.

Error message FINAL FANTASY XIV has not yet been registered with this service account or your subscription has expired. To play the game, you must first complete the registration process using the registration code included with your purchase. To register, visit the FINAL FANTASY XIV: Mog Station (https://sqex.to/Msp).

So then I bought FINAL FANTASY® XIV ONLINE STARTER EDITION [PC DOWNLOAD] for $19.90 thinking probably the internet cafe is not a trial version, but still I cant login.

After which I added a subscription of $14.99 for 30 days thinking it might be that issue, but still to no avail.

Last thing I have not done is to purchase the expansion ShadowBringers.

Please advise on this issue.

Unfortunately the issue you are describing is something we are not able to assist with in the Technical Support Forum. In order get the proper support, you will need to contact the North American Support Center. To assist with contacting them, we have gone ahead and opened a support ticket for you. The ticket number has been sent to the email associated to your Square Enix ID.
