Character not being updated on the lodestone

Hello, one of my alts, Foot Graze, which is on Cactuar has not been updated on the lodestone for several months.

So far, I have progressed through the whole Shadowbringers expansion and not once during that process has the lodestone updated my character.

This started after I transferred my character during the free transfer period.

Edit: The Lodestone and the FFXIV forums still has my character data from before I did the world transfer, and the Mog Station has the character listed twice, one on its current world and one on its previous world.

Sometimes it lags behind a day or 2. It's being slow for my main character too.
