If Dissidia had a Event or 6.0 Raid

So if we ever get a Dissidia Event or maybe have it as the 6.0 Raid 2 years from now, which version of Dissidia do you would like to be based on?


For me it is certainly Opera Omina.

Yes, yes I know people hate Mobile games and some have a hatred to a point they will never touch it but story wise this one has the most fun and interesting stuff due to being focus more on the Storyline and character developments that allow us to learn more about the chracters that we could not in their original FF games (such as Seifer based his combat style on Laguna's combat style when he acted as the Sorceress Knight in a Movie that Seifer watched as a child which inspired him to have his dream of being a Sorceress Knight) along with some fun things we wish to see and somethings we never expect to see but are glad to see (*cough* squat battle between Zack, Tidus, and Seifer. *cough*). Along with plent of after story stuff for each character and how certain characters react to them due to not being alive in the after FF ending storyline.

It also has the most cast of characters thus has more options for event theme character gears and weapons.

It honestly kinda bugs me that despite the WoL being so important to the Scions there's been no mention of them in DFFOO, not even in the vaguest of fashions.

I suppose it could just be chalked up to the selective memory loss/retention that's standard in Dissidia's world, but still.

Well it is kind of the side effect of being transported to that world. The characters have all lost a certain amount of their memories and Act 2 storyline seems to focus on gaining those lost memories back which for most of them are the memories of there life After their FF games while some of the newer members kept all their memoires.

If I have to guess the Scion's memories that are taken focus on the WoL so for them they have lost their memories of WoL to the Dissidia World. Plus the added condition of being "when" they were taken since we know Y'shtola, Thancred, Papalymo, and Lyse are taken from the 2.X Era while the Twins are taken from the 4.X Era.

I suppose it's possible they might remember after the upcoming chapter that's dedicated to Yda and Papalymo.

I think it would be nice if they eventually added a WoL from XIV like Ardbert instead of the WoL since the variable nature of the player character would complicate things greatly.

That is something I am certainly waiting to see happen since Derplander is the Rep for our Character in the Trailers.

Other than that I hope to see Mobius character in the future as well considering how big Mobius is now. Not to mention the chance to see what they can do with the story since Mobius WoL knows some of them already.

PS Still waiting for Rikku to be added into the game but can't wait for Ignis due to all his "new recipe" skills for healing and mass party buff.

I've been wanting them to give Yda a "Lyse" Wardrobe Record for Record Keeper for a while and I'd really like them to actually add more to Record Keeper's FFXIV content.

I find DFFOO to be the best FF mobile game as far as giving all of the games balanced representation goes, though there is a definite lack of FFT characters for how many characters other niche titles like Type Zero and Crystal Chronicles have gotten comparatively.

XI and XIV get maybe one event to every three or four the other titles do in FFRK (Meaning they tend to get events only every other year or so).

If we ever get a Dissidia event, it'd be funny if Y'shtola was like "Oh, you know Shantotto, Lightning, and Noctis?" or something the next time you talk to her, depending on which crossover events you've done.

Dissidia 012 its really the best one to me before NT ruined it with forced 3v3 and now f2p

be a good excuse to add character weapons and hair styles too

From what i've played i think only Alisae knows about the WoL due to her saying she likes the idea that she has the light but she is also the furthest in their timeline due to her late HW/SB outfit (personally think she is from SB as she surprised by 'Yda' the others are all ARR or earlier so who knows when their from.

Now for a crossover with Dissidia (any version) we kinda are already, kinda aren't at the same time. We have a lot of the character's outfits already so be less rewards there, hairstyles run into Viera/Hrothgar issue with new ones, weapons would be nice but a lot of them are swords from the characters so only 5/6 jobs can get them so be unfair, and i honestly can see how it would fit so definitely be a short time collaboration event than a long time one.
