2 1/2 batches of Sunset Wheat Flour
A pinch of Table Salt
1/2 stick of Salted Butter
3/4 pot of Aldgoat Milk
1 Chicken Egg (again, Dodo will work as well)
2 Fire Shards

The MANLY MAN'S BUFFALO STEAK!
2 Buffalo Sirloins (Girls can enjoy steak too!)
A pinch of Black Pepper
A pinch of Table Salt
A pinch of Olive Oil to sear the steak. Cook to your man's desire
(Medium for Reki!)

The Drink!
Serve with 2 Tall glasses of Orange Juice, fresh squeezed from fresh
La Noscean Oranges (Use one Water Shard for squeezing, chill with an
Ice Shard).

Enjoy an extra Big 'n' Strong man to start his day right!
