"Rocky Mountain Oysters"

2 lbs. Buffalo Sirloin
1 cup Buffalo Milk
1 heaping tablespoon Dark Vinegar
1 cup Sour Red
1 cup Wheat Flour
1/4 cup Cornmeal
1 pinch of Garlean Garlic
1 spicy Dragon Pepper

Boil "oysters" in a large pot of vinegar.
Slice "oysters" into 1/4 inch ovals.
Prepare three separate bowls;
a bowl of milk,
a bowl of wine & spicy dragon pepper,
a bowl of wheat, cornmeal and garlean garlic.
Dredge each "oyster" in the flour mix. Dip into the milk, then into the flour mix. Quickly dip into the wine mixture.
Fry until golden.

Serve hot to only the most daring adventurers!
