Question About the Far East and Viera/Miqo?

Probably dumb questions/ramblings but I'm still pretty new to FFXIV lore. So I've been thinking about making a new Viera or Miqo alt and I started wondering - about Viera, they are from the Golmore Jungle or the forests near the Skatay Foothills depending on your clan, and those are both in the Far East, right? So would it be strange for a Viera to be integrated into Doma or Kugane society? Or at least any stranger than it would be anywhere else thanks to the Green Pact Green Word. (weeb Viera, anyone?)

And that brings me to Miqo'te, if it would be likely for a Miqo -Moon or Sun cat- to be from the Far East without it being overtly 'snowflakey'. Or are all Miqo'te from Eorzea? I know there are Au Ra and Roes in the East, at least.

Emigration is a thing. So for the Miqo'te, their parents could've simply emigrated to the Far East because they're sailors or merchants or something.

Miqo’te are not native to Othard and they would be an odd sight and assumed to be a foreigner. During a quest (carpenter?), an NPC in Kugane seemed surprised by one. In Kugane, they also seem to use elezen, lalafell, and miqo’te as representations of western tourists since those races are only native to the west.

As for viera, they almost never leave home and those who do seem to stay in Dalmasca. The only one we’ve seen who has left both their native home as well as Dalmasca was a resistance member captured by the Garleans, taken to a prison in Ilsabard, then escaped to Eorzea.

All that being said, it’s a wide open world and you can be whoever you want and be born to miqo’te sailors who stayed in Kugane or a viera who left the wood and kept traveling east to escape the Garleans. But either race would still stick out in the Far East.

I think there's only like 1 Miqo'te in all of Kugane, just outside the hot springs. Playing as a Miqo'te Samurai in SB, I picked up right away that I was an unusual sight in the Far East.

For those curious, this is referring to the Gunbreaker job quest line. You first meet the Viera in question when you do the initial job unlock quest, and she's a recurring character throughout the jobs questline. She has a lovely fashion sense and an endearing way of misspeaking certain terms we're familiar with.
