Don't get me wrong though, I do relate to how you feel. It's why I don't feel Rescue should exist as a skill. In a heavily movement/"DDR" based game where one misstep (or lack of step) can mean the difference between living and dying, I feel all players ought to be responsible for their own movement, as well as the consequences when they screw up.
Yes, I sadly know this, which is why I indeed think the skill should be toggleable or not exist at all as I due to this don’t trust PUG healers with this sort of ability.
