This. If it was just a simple warp I don't think the skill would be as hated. Right now it's at the mercy of server ticks and various other lag factors that really only make it viable in a select few situations - such as E3S when my static was learning it, it was a good way to save people from going off the ledge with Tidal Wave or save people with Heavy during Maelstrom. But beyond that it's often more hassle than it's worth in it's current form.
