    I commend the efforts of the team responsible for this, but there's clearly an issue here that needs to be resolved.

    Almost half a million dollars in fraud each month at that rate if they're charging full price for arr to stolen cards. Youch.

    That's not accounting for any penalty fees for the chargebacks that are occurring...
