Bot problem on famfrit

There is a major issue with bots breaking physics in the game. They are flooding the main cities by the hundreds. They are clogging up shout and say chat with spam ads, they are exacerbating the log in queues and they are flying in the main cities.
Please do something about it. I’ve had FC members indicate they will not play until something is done about the bots.
I have screen shots on my PS4 as proof if needed

Seriously this gets moved to general forum from technical support when it’s the people that control the servers that need to fix the bot problem?!
And not even a reply from SE saying they are trying to fix it?!
The bots are closing down cities because of hundreds being in a single zone without multiple instances!

Well it's not a technical issue. It is indeed a problem, just not a technical one. Technical problems are stuff like getting DirectX error crashes while play FF14 or Laptop defaulting to the Intel HD Graphics instead of the GTX 1060 while all other applications using the GTX 1060.
