server flooded with game altering bots

My server Kujata was suddenly congested with lots of bots walking through walls, floors, flying, teleporting and shouting RMT websites. this is the worst of the botting i have ever seen it.
new players in the novice network are complaining and getting worried too. i had to remove 3 pages of bots from the novice network alone.
it just started and already out of control, GM's please assist.

Famfrit server is currently in the same issue. New Gridania took almost 5 minutes to load yesterday because there were hundreds of them in the zone.

The complete eu data center Light is full with bots, mainly New Gridania. Don't know what's going on there. Yesterday i have seen many of them glitching into the ground around the 'teleport stone'. Same in the other worlds.

That spoils the fun a lot and i hope they will do something about it. As long as enough people are willing to buy gil (or ingame stuff) for real money on fishy websites this problem will persist.

You'll have to send in an in-game report through the support desk under the "report cheating" reason. Then in the report just mention at how littered with bots the zone is. The GM team will pretty much be forced to at least look at it. Especially if its causing rendering issues and inhibiting gameplay altogether.

They do and they probably already know about this issue.
They are not the ones who can fix the issue however, just the messengers.
