Steam launcher blackscreening.

Hi, i've been unable to login since this change where the cheating(or whatever policy it was) policy was changed.

i used to launch the game straight through the install folder(x64 launcher) that functioned & didn't blackscreen on launcher from my C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\FINAL FANTASY XIV Online\boot\ffxivboot64.exe ,Now that this change has gone live where i have to launch through steam, (and only my x64 executables are able to launch without blackscreening), while steam forces me to launch ffxivboot.exe(Which blackscreens) instead of ffxivboot64.exe(Which works and doesn't blackscreen)
Is there a way to change the two? I've tried every single fix under the moon, trust me.

What have you tried so far to alleviate the issue? Please also make sure the windows version of the game launcher is completely uninstalled before launching the game through Steam.

I could list you all the issues & repairs to fix a broken black screen launcher if you just google it, "FFXIV launcher black screen" Is a good start for you, i've tried it all as i mentioned before and the game simply won't launch in steam for me, the only way i could circumvent it was the x64 laucher which is now blocked thanks to the latest change.

Do mind i've never had a version of "Windows version" I've always played through steam, not once have i ever had any other version, i can launch the x64 files without trouble which could work and let me run the game before, but the regular x32 files won't let me launch the game at all, the patching screen is stuck in a black screen.

You know, these files, the 64 Files? THEY WORK. The other files just blackscreen my launcher.

Please make sure the Steam application is allowed through the fire wall. Could you also try launching Steam by right clicking it and selecting 'Run as administrator".

Those are the first things i've done.

As i said, i've gone through everything, from opening ports, changing the launch parameters on my games/ffxiv online, i've tried it all. I need steam to launch the game as the 64 version that is found in the installation folder of FFXIV online as it is, that works for me.
