Purchase of wrong gear

Dear GMs,

This post might be a little far-fetched but I'm hoping to replace the Deepshadow Earring of Casting that I mistakenly bought last week with a Deepshadow Earring of Healing. On a side note, I'm not sure if this is the right forum to post this thread and I apologize if is it indeed the wrong place.
I'm a healer main for this raid tier and I would like gear up my AST/WHM with best-in-slot gears as soon as possible and I happened to mistakenly bought the Casting earrings instead of the Healing earrings.

There is a tab in game support desk for this.

As the above poster stated, please contact the Game Masters in-game for further assistance with this issue. Simply type "/supportdesk" in the main chat window to bring up the support desk option.
