Do they? I think 12 and 15 have it? I actually can't think of any others that do.It's a modern MMO so the term "New Game+" doesn't really make sense in the usual way. I.e. it's a bit of a misnomer but it's a close enough fit to the idea of starting over with bonuses. In this case it's just the story that you're starting over and the bonus is that you're running it as your level 80 character with all of their skills, etc. I suspect they went with that choice of name because it's a main series FF title and that series does have proper NG+ systems in many of the titles.
10-2 does for sure and possibly X. One of the 13's too had it. Those and the ones you mentioned were the ones I was thinking of. I think they added the mode to a few of the remakes of older versions. FFIV I think? FF2 had something like it in one if its incarnations, although it was more of an additional dungeon you could run after the story was completed.
FFIV's DS remake had a limited form of NG+. X-2, XII Zodiac Age, XIII Lightning Returns, and XV have NG+ modes as well. Even some spin-offs had it like Crisis Core, Dirge of Cerberus, and Type-0.

If I die, forgive me. I used to be a Dragoon.
