"New game plus - quests will have no rewards..."

I've been looking forward to this feature for awhile. I have made alts to replay the MSQ but being able to replay specific sections on my main is better.
I especially am looking forward to being able to replay ShB without having to worry about hitting level gates.

Edit: I honestly never expected to receive rewards from New Game+. I won't say no one did (I don't read every post on this forum after all) but the discussions I do recall on this subject involved people wanting to replay cool solo instances like the Grand Melee and the Naadam for fun on their main characters instead of new ones.
