I never expected NG+ to give exp, gil, or other things. In fact, thats not somethign Ive really seen ever mentioned in any discussion regarding it til now. So I dont understand how this is gonna be some huge disappointment to the majority. The majority, I bet, sees NG+ as a "oh thats a cool feature, I can play that one quest line I like again!" And thats it.

Frankly, its probably better that NG+ wont give exp. Doing so would likely end up in two things - People replaying certain chapters to max out exp, and people shifting away from other leveling avenues to use MSQ (and solo play). That latter half would likely mean increased queue times. Afterall, why queue up for a dungeon when you can just skip that part and get back into MSQ? And if youre leveling via MSQ, youre not gonna be queuing up for roulettes as frequently, or other party content. Probably wont be good for the health of the game overall. Especially if you can just repeat the MSQ and max level every class in a matter of a few days/weeks by smashing the next key and killing a mob here and there.

Im personally not disappointed if NG+ doesnt give us anything. I want it for the story and fun. Not so I can get exp out of it.
