Allowing Gear Change in Active Mode

If you want to be the gimp who does everything in a single gearset that's your choice, no one is forcing you to make gear swap macros. i agree with this for the most part. Let ppl who want to do it, do it. I LOVED it in 11 it made it convenient. and to the ppl who complain "Waaaah i cant heal or target the tanks or dd cause they blink alot" just make the macros that target the PT list its not rocket science.

You don't lose target during blinks in this game so it wouldn't be an issue anyway.
