Allowing Gear Change in Active Mode

i think ive com up with a solution that will benefit everyone. People that wanna gear swap go play f11 and people that don't just play ff14.

Gear swaps can be done currently in this game, they're actually really good if you're only doing 1 or 2 gear swaps.
