Allowing Gear Change in Active Mode

In 11 you had to visit a moogle to switch classes. In this game you change gear. That's probably the top reason why it's not likely to be allowed in this game.

Can you imagine the exploits that would happen if people could fully change out gear and, therefore, their class/job during boss fights? It would be a balancing nightmare. Everything would be easy mode.

Even if they restricted it to non-weapons, no thank you to the annoyance that was FFXI's gear-swapping macros.
