Have you tried talking to the NPC that started the last part of the quest where your game crashed? It might have you redo that part, and I've had that happen before. Beyond that, I've offered all the advice I can. Good luck.

I did think of that before, and tried talking to the last NPC I remembered speaking to, but it turns out you're right, there was one NPC closer to the end I forgot about. I talked to him, and the quest is now finished. Two bugs still remain that the journal did not update with the proper map marker, and that crashing caused me to lose the progress in the cut scene.

On the plus side, you've gotten a bunch of practice for when/if you go for the Achievement for reaching all Aetherytes. Lichenweed is one of the hardest ones to reach. It took me well over a dozen serious, stealthy attempts.
