Character Unable to Progress

I appreciate your trying to help, but Just to be clear, your suggestions are beside the point that the GMs aren't helping me get around a bug that is preventing my character from progressing in the game in the main story quest. I have died about 15 times now trying to get there, and five times trying to sneak there as you have suggested. The lindwurm, pugot, waterdog all seem to agro on site. This area is inaccessible to anyone, even level 50s, and there is only one narrow pathway to access it. It is clear that this area was designed to be impossible to access. The quest marker location is x:10, y:28 in Black Shroud, near Crimson Bark.

Oh yeah, there's no way you'll get back there, and there's no reason the quest should send you there. Try googling the quest for a walkthrough that tells you where you should go next. And we ALL completely understand your issue with GMs, but the point is that you may very well be able to complete the mission without GM intervention. Ignore that quest marker and try to find out where to go next.

Near the end of the cut scene, right before I crashed, it teleported me back to Gridania. The quest lost my progress up to the point of the quest marker. According to the walkthrough, I am finished with the quest. In my journal, I have the entire quest log identical to the walkthrough, and I have completed all the tasks that the walkthrough mentions.
