Where Do We Go Next, Since Support Isn't Being Too Helpful?

Good afternoon,

We have been trying to realm transfer my sister's character for a while now and are still unable to do so. We've reached out to Support, 2 times(!), and they're sending a copy paste response that you can read below.

Where do we go from here? They're not telling us when the day is that she can realm transfer but it's been 90 days since the first payment on her Debit Card, according to her bank history. She only plays one character, so there isn't another character on her account.

Any assistance or guidance will be greatly appreciated.

When was that character created? Add 90 days to that and you should have the date you can transfer (ways to find that out: Achievements on the lodestone have dates attached, Screenshots are dated and the file that your character apperance is saved in has a date - going by those you should be able to figure out when that character was "born")

I'm also not sure wether or not the 30 days you get from buying the game count towards the 90 day restriction or not - if they do, add 120 days to the day the character was created...

Character was created June 19, 2019. Today is the 90 days mark. If we have to wait another 30 days due to the free 30 days, SE should really clarify that for us instead of copy pasting an email response template.

Ah, I see! The game sometimes has "cut-off" times set at specific times, which can lead to things like bans etc. being technically off by a few hours. The same might be the problem here, but I'm just speculating. I'd simply try again tomorrow and see if you can transfer the character then - and if not, to contact the support again.

It seems like something that's 90 days from character creation and not tied to subscription time. So I don't THINK that the free 30 days has anything to do with this.

Do you know what time the character was created? It's possible that the character may unlock later today. I'd probably just try again tomorrow unless there's a big hurry you need to transfer for today specifically.
