Where to level 30-40 + Everyone's thoughts on the "new" levequest reset?

I've just hit level 30, and before doing any of the other Dragoon quests I want to get to level 40.. Any ideas where to grind.. or level to 40?

Also, I wanted to know everyone's opinions on the levequest timer... Like 4 every 12 hours or something? I personally don't like it; especially that Battlecraft and Fieldcraft quests aren't separate.

It's better than what it used to be. I hardly do leves anymore, so I'm not really going to comment any further than that.

Fair enough then. I think it's more consistent; but ehhhh. Not the biggest fan of leves in general.

Depends what you are after in the way of leveling. If you are a solo person, leves are the way to go, I personally like company leves so that I can get seals at the same time. If you are looking for fun, id recommend grouping up and tackling toto-rak. If you want fast leveling I would get PLed at Norphica wells until about 36 then move onto something else like Hogs in the twelveswood.

I too like the new system better.

In the old system we got 16 leves every 36 hours, however, if you did not use the leves before the next reset, those leves were lost to you.

Under this new system we get 4 every 12 hours, however, we have a leve allowance of 99, so we (I) no longer feel the need to log in and use the leves every day, as we can go about our business (or take days off) and just do the leves when we feel like it, as they now accumulate to the max of 99.

I really enjoy it!
Sometimes I don't want to do party play and just do my things quietly when I have a rough day, the huge amount of levequest I can accumulate along with the rate at which I get new levequest points allows me to have a good time in Eorzea during those times.

Definitely a great positive change.
