    Question about Miqo'te in Limsa

So according to a wiki site I read this about Seekers in Limsa:

The Seekers are diasporized across Eorzea; a few can be found in nearly every region of the land, bar Coerthas. Limsa Lominsa boasts a substantial Seeker population, as they are drawn to La Noscea's warm-temperate climate and abundant sunlight. Many of the Seekers who have settled in Limsa have adopted most of its social mores, and do not follow the "traditional" clan hierarchy closely, if at all.
What does this mean, does this mean that they've abandoned the whole breeding structure where only nuhns get to breed, or does this just mean they're not hiding out in the wilds like the rest of their clan?

While plenty of Miqo'te grow up and decide to live lives away from the clan (see: Y'shtola, F'lhaminn, H'ranbolo), the phrasing of that sounds like an off-the-cuff general observation presented as hard world setting facts.

Not to mention some are not even born from clans but from those who have settled in cities, towns, and etc along with their father or mother can be of another race.

I can only assume the Miqo'te genes are very dominant when it comes to mix race parents thus the children will grow up mostly Miqo'te in genetics.

I thought that kind of thing was frowned upon by the Seekers, or is that only with the clans?

Lominsan miqo'te for the most part are supposed to be cosmopolitan and live normal, non-tribal lives. I think it was mentioned by the NPC in 1.0 Limsa who talked about the races of the city. Besides that, there's dialogue from the R tribe NPCs during this and last years' summer events who mention having normal families.

Serious mix-race relationships are very frowned upon in general in all of Eorzea and it's likely there are no half-miqo'te. There was a couple in one questline who were skipping out of town not because they were both men, but because they were two different races. And as far as we're aware, only elezen, garleans, and maybe au ra have been shown to be able to have kids with hyur. Considering how many miqo'te prostitutes are running around and there having been no discussion about mix-race kids, it's probably not possible.

I want to say we've also seen a hyur/roegadyn hybrid... but I can't remember who/where off the top of my head.

Also, are interspecies relationships really that frowned upon in general and it wasn't just a localized thing in those NPCs particular situation? I mean, Lyse outright asks Y'shtola if she's into Thancred or "one of the others" in the SB tale "A Calm After the Storm" and Y'shtola doesn't act like the suggestion is a shock or something.

I mean, that acceptance could be a Sharlyan thing, I suppose.

I think I recall an NPC wondering aloud if highlander hyur are roegadyn hybrids or telling you to not bring it up around highlanders or something. It would make sense though, considering how different they are from all other hyur.

As I said before, the Miqo'te genes are most likely very dominant if the miqo'te have parents of different race.

While there are some mention of mix races and we met a few or heard about it. It is most likely that Miqo'te have very dominant genes so the children maybe born mostly pure Miqo'te in appearance despite their DNA having mix genes.

Don't forget in a 4.0 side quest involve a former Garlean conscript and a Miqo'te, they mentioned having a lot of children once they are married (if you know what they mean). Chances are their children may look 100% Miqo'te.

So frowned on that it's literally never been depicted this way in any of the thousands of quests I've done.
