Partially agree, the system should be adjusted to push people into higher level duties, but again if they don't scale the exp, then there is still no benefit to sticking through Orbonne because a bad Orbonne run just takes too long to be worth it.However, a well built system will minimize the number of people willing or able to do so. Just changing around ilvl requirements for the roulettes would make this kind of instance evasion much harder. People who want the roulette rewards, but feel entitled to not having to do Orbonne or Weeping City or whatever, will have to eat the half hour penalty or hope someone else does before them.
