That's a fair point. On one hand it's a good system in theory. Help newer people to run older content. It works to a point. On the other hand there are rewards as an incentive, but said rewards are the same no matter what the difficulty of Dungeon/Trial/Raid etc, etc. And that's where we are currently. People want rewards and do not want difficulty associated with obtaining said rewards.
