Not up to do Orbonne at 11:30 pm? Simple solution: Dont queue for the roulette. You dont have to queue for that roulette, you know? No one is forcing you and even if they were - you said they cant do that!

Sadly, right now thats not the conclusion people are "forced" to come to - I hope it will be though at somepoint so that you actually have to earn the roulette reward by submitting yourself to a 9-raids-roulette instead of a coin flip.
