I was recently leveling jobs that level “hun” so not sure what you are accusing me of excusing and justifying?I go to sleep and the thread explodes. Yeesh.
Clearly not the case here hun, and I'm sure you're aware of it, but good job trying to justify it. In this thread and others many people have already admitted to lowering their ilvl. Still going with this excuse?
The only real fix is to enforce ilvl based on level. If this means those who have been lowering their ilvl no longer queue, good riddance.

on the tower as Vieria I can't even access the towers

Please nuke LotA and Syrcus from the roulette at this point. (I'm joking.)
I'm literally so sick of them, and it's part of a larger issue with people at endgame having absolutely no idea how to play their class or perform mechanics correctly. Gaming the system to avoid higher level content defeats the point of a roulette and the point of our roulettes - to keep old content active so people can get through them for story, achievements, rewards, etc. Having people constantly force LotA/ST popping because they don't want to put effort into playing the game is getting tiring. It's to the point I heavily consider dropping out when one of the two pops up every day.
I really implore the devs to implement some kind of stricter ilevel requirement for Alliance roulette and Leveling roulette.

Until/Unless they make the higher level raids worth more exp, then (some) people will continue to cheese it to get easy exp. There is no getting around it. People will choose the path that offers the biggest exp reward for the least time/effort. To make people stay in the ""challenging"" (read: you must pay some level of attention) raids, the exp reward would need to be significantly higher than doing 3~4 at-level dungeons, because that is less time and effort than it takes to clear Orbonne with an incompetent party, especially if you grab 3 friends and don't have to wait for queue.
"Hello, I'm auditioning for the role of Ser Aymeric de Borel, and I'll be singing Electric Chapel by Lady Gaga"

It, like any other seeming-pet name, is likely only to be found offensive in certain context or based upon how someone reads said context it's delivered in. I use 'hon' often myself, but only with friends. Mostly because pet-names like that feel a little too intimate to use for any random stranger I land in a group with or am discussing with on a forum, but also because certain context can make it come off as if I'm speaking down to someone.
Granted, I don't think the poster in question was meaning it in that way, but their irritation at the situation of people cheesing ilevels rather than just taking what the roulette would naturally give them might have made it come across as demeaning. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Exactly this. The exploit is immensely irritating and I'm quite tired of getting the same two raids in roulette nearly every time I queue. I have no patience at this point. It, like any other seeming-pet name, is likely only to be found offensive in certain context or based upon how someone reads said context it's delivered in. You and me both, sister/brother.
Condescension is not always meant, as a reminder to people. Text is hard to read the tone of, but it's better to not assume everything said to you is meant as an offense!

Maybe they should just have an entirely different roulette for the higher level raids. "Normal" ones included. It'd be nice to not do the Crystal Tower or the first tier of Alexander for once.
