FFXIV Client cannot be installed C++ runtime error

Hello

I downloaded the client from official website. This is a new computer that I just purchased. I have had no issues with this for any other computer that I have.
It's exactly what this person had experienced.

If this is a new PC, you may want to try updating Windows. There are a few optional updates that probably won't be installed without manually updating.

You can also try a clean boot. Simply open the task manager and select the 'Start up' tab. Disable everything here and restart the PC. This will make sure that no background processes are interfering with the game.
