[Suggestion] New Soul Crystals for existing classes

A basic beginner class upgrading into two different job options is a fine concept that works well.

The problem with the initial Arcanist split is that you didn't upgrade to Summoner or Scholar. Functionally, you stayed as an Arcanist, and the Summoner/Scholar job stones just bolted a few extra skills and a pet upgrade on.

We're level 80 now, sharing skills from the first 30 levels just isn't that big an issue anymore.
