FF Crystal Chronicles remaster, can we get a collab event?

Announced at TGS release Jan 2020, cross platform between ps4 and switch and has online play enabled. Was wondering if we may see a collaboration event in XIV, would love to see my beloved Selkies in Eorzea as well as in my maintenance game. Can I have some support!?

Crystal Chronicles? I remember purchasing this game again like 5 years ago for my gamecube (cause I lost my original copy) and ended up really depressed replaying it. A world just covered in miasma filled with dead towns resulting from failed crystal caravans? It was so terribly bleak, I'm not sure I'd want a collaboration event.

You mean, like how we played in a world so covered in Light, that it was basically glassed? Or like a world that was on the brink of destruction because it was being swallowed by darkness due to an old timeless king?

I mean, it fits really well. I would personally love a CC collab.

The big difference here is that the WoL isn't from the First, so only a tiny fraction of FFXIV's timeline has been spent in this environment. I dunno, there were plenty of mechanics I liked in that game (like having a favorite food) but the both times I played that game I ended up getting depressed by it. It's far bleaker than FFXIV.

I think they said on our own chocobo carriage (opening cinematic thing) that it was too much for the system, I believe said in a way meaning it was just too complex (many distinct shapes and textures, at least I was thinking that since we already have a few super massive sized mounts lol).. but- still that mount you showed would be super cool! Would love to have it .

Would be awesome if it was a pillon (duo+ seater) mount too ~!

I believe the place you're talking about
is Tida Village in which they waited for their caravan to return and never did, so it was taken over by miasma and villagers succumbing to it.
Which when I was younger, that was extremely depressing.
(Especially if you did a certain Sidequest I think, got worse...)

That is extremely similar to how Tida village is, at least in how it looks kinda, in the daytime.
It was my first thoughts when I played Lost City anyway.
It could fit, it'll be kinda cute to have a little dungeon based of CC.
Let's just forget about the very depressing times in that game haha.

I've found Conall Curach more depressing than Tida, but it's mostly from reading the stones as a Selkie. Also that guy turning into a monster from drinking miasma-infected water.

we had a Monster hunter world collab event Pallico minion, Rathalos Mount, Also the new 24 man raids are Nier raids. We've also had Yokai watch event with minions and weapons, Final Fantasy 15 with the car and kings outfit set, FF11 twice first with Shantotto, second with a samurai npc whose name I cannot remember, and FF Lightning with Lightning herself who gave a hairstyle, and hers and snows attire sets and weapons. What i'd like to get from FFCC event would be Selkie attire, possibly a minion of one, and i agree that mount sounds fun. Crossover or not I'll be buying and playing the remaster I always liked the art style and enjoyed it almost as much as FF9 my favorite 1 player FF title. Why Selkie attire? Because there's never enough new belly glams for miqo, and dancer needs a larger wardrobe since SE won't make with job appropriate attire.
