Currently there is huge power gap between heaing classes in PvP, most op class is Astrologian which is so powerful that can beat any other class very easy with his insta cast and burst healing procs. Thus it beats other classes in most cases. Second powerfull class is a White Mage, it is beaten by Astrologian hard cause of no burst healing, long cast times etc, and fails hardly in PvP. As for the Scholar it is the weakest class, which can play only sub-healing role and is definitely not enough for PvP duties, since you need 2 Scholars to beat 1 Astrologian and team sizes are limited.
In conclusion we have a fact that you can only use Astrologian class in PvP and other 2 clases are totally useless. To fix this problem (cause all classes must be used evenly in PvP), what I propose is:
1. Fix White Mage PvP spells. Remove regen effect from Afflatus it is useless cause it is only White Mages burst healing spell which is used on 1 target and regen is wasted and useless, make Afflatus 5 charges instead of 3, regening each 10 sec. Add AoE healing spell, costly by MP, low healing but AoE, cause White Mage atm can only heal 1 target for it to survive focused attack and has no time to heal many 2ndary targets cause of his long casting times. Update all spells to make them heal of at least 500 potency more, ie 3000 potency instead of 2500.
2. Major fix Scholar to make him do far less damage, but more healing in PvP combining both insta (like Astrologian) and long (like White Mage) time casts. Add a Drain spell, a buff that will convert a portion (40-50%) of all Scholar damage into healing for his last directly healed target during 15 sec. Since the only effective mechanic for healer who forced to do damage is to convert damage into healing for his team some how, to maintain his team alive. Shields from Seraphic Veil and Adloquium should stack and last 15 sec not 10, to maintain 2ndary healing targets alive. Dissipation should reduce Scholar cast times to 1 sec.
