Thread: NEW 2.0 CE

I'd see nothing wrong with a 2.0-version CE so long as all original CE members get the same stuff that gets included in the 2.0-version CE without paying for it.

If they release a PS3 CE, I would consider getting it just to have the option of also playing it on my PS3. You should be allowed to tie any in-game bonuses to an existing account and character, the current system is kind of awful for that. If there are in-game bonuses and they can't give them to existing characters, I'll pass and maybe just grab a regular copy if that.

I may have to dig back a year, but I think when I asked this question before, the CM response then was: no plans for a collector's edition for PS3.

True but that was also before they released info about 2.0. At that particular moment they may not have had plans that they could tell us at least. Things may have changed between then and now (and PS3 launch).
