Question about Tales of Adventure: One Dragoon's Journey II

Hi,

I want to to get into dragooning, however, I don't have the time or patience to start as a lv 1 Lancer and do the drudge work. So I thought about purchasing Tales of Adventure: One Dragoon's Journey II to get a lv 70 dragoon.

Question: In order for Dragoon's Journey II to work, do I already have to be a lancer or dragoon to use it, or can I use the product with my existing jobs?

You don't need to be one for it to work. However, I HIGHLY recommend that you play through low-level dungeons, read up on rotations and learning the job prior to jumping into the level 70 content for it.

Good suggestion, Once I get the Dragoon's journey II, I could do low level fates and dungeons to get my feet wet and practice dragooning. It's good that I don't have to do all the leveling, since all my combat jobs are at Lv. 72. The last combat role I did level was MCH, quite some time ago. Still gotta get my culinarian to lv 70 though. Thanks guys for the help!

If you use it, the game automatically gives you Dragoon, some gear for Dragoon, and skips all of the Lancer/Dragoon quests from 1 - 70.
